After finding your ideal place to live, we will start negotiations with the landlord on your behalf, which will result in a solid rental agreement. It is standard procedure in The Netherlands that a landlord asks for proof of regular income and copies of identity papers before starting the negotiation.

Once we find a suitable location, we will start negotiations on your behalf, which will result in a solid rental contract. After having received the first rental payment and the deposit we will accompany you at the check-in.
During the check-in we compile an inspection report. If an inventory list is present we will check this as well. If you desire, we can arrange the transfer for utilities. Naturally, we will provide you with our services during the checkout.
